With the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, students and staff of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Educare, Chromepet had the blessed opportunity to get the Divine Maha Samadhi Darshan during the Pilgrimage to Prasanthi Nilayam, organized between 12th and 14th July 2022 on the holy occasion of Guru Poornima. The pilgrimage organized after 2 years gap due to the Pandemic, was an enlivening experience for the children.

  • Students from class IV to XII, accompanied by staff, were taken in 5 buses from SSSIE, Chromepet to Puttaparthi.
  • Prior to the Pilgrimage, all had written letter to Bhagawan, mentioning their gratitude, transformation and prayers, during the ‘Guru Mahima’ programme conducted at the Assembly as a part of the week-long Gurupoornima celebrations. The letters were offered at the Mahasamadhi on the Gurupoornima day.
  • Students witnessed mesmerizing devotional singing programme and listened to inspiring talks by elders at the Sai Kulwant hall.
  • As a part of the trip, students visited Swami’s birth place, Chaitanya Jyothi, Sathyamma temple etc. and had an exclusive show at the Sai Space Theatre.
  • In the evening on the Gurupoornima day, all were blessed with an enchanting Sathsang by Gangadhar Sastry, SSSIHL at Sai Bhaktha Nivas hall.
  • While returning from Prasanthi Nilayam, students witnessed the marvels and mysteries at the Lepakshi Temple. The Vedic chanting and Bhajan singing by the students inside the temple created divine reverberations.
  • With Swami’s Divine Grace, the Pilgrimage was completed successfully and all students and staff reached home safely.
