With the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the students and the staff of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Educare, Chromepet celebrated the Ganesh Chaturthi offering love and gratitude, praying for success in all the endeavours. A special Ganesh Homam was performed, led by the Chief priest, performing exclusive rituals to the newly arrived Ganesha. Accompanied by students, Management, teaching and non-teaching staff offered prescribed materials into the Homam. 1008 times chanting of the Sri Ganapathi Moola Mantra was performed during the Homam. Director Sri P.Kumarasamy offered the Poornahuthi. It was followed by a special Abhishekam to Lord Sri Vidya Ganesh of SSSIE with various special materials. Students continuously engaged in chanting of Sri Rudram, Ganapathi Atharva Sirsham, Singing Sai Bhajans, classical devotionals songs on Ganesha etc. The Vidya Ganesh was offered a special Alankaram after the Abhishekam. The holy event concluded with Maha Mangala Arathi and Prasadam Distribution. Sairam.
