Kindly go through the important instructions before filling the online application form.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent to correctly furnish all the details in an accurate manner.
  • The details/documents submitted should be correct and proper.
  • Please keep the soft copy of the following document(s) ready before starting the online application process.
    • recent passport size photograph of the student
    • student’s birth certificate
    • latest examination results/annual exam report card of the previous school.

 IMPLEMENTING NEP 2020 FROM 2025-26

As per the National Education Policy 2020,  the following padagogical and curricular structure will be followed from the academic year 2025-26.

 

  • BALVATIKA I 

Children born between 1/7/2022 and 30/6/2023 will be admitted.

  • BALVATIKA II 

Children born between 1/7/2021 and 30/6/2022 will be admitted.

  • BALVATIKA II 

Children born between 1/7/2020 and 30/6/2021 will be admitted.

 

FOR BOY STUDENTS

  • For classesVI,VIII & IXadmissions are open only in residential mode.
  • Forclass XI,admissions are open in both residential and day-scholar modes.

FOR GIRL STUDENTS

  • Admissions are open for classes VI, VII, VIII & IXin day-scholar mode.

 KINDLY NOTE:

  • This is a common application form for admission to classes from Balvatika I to IX and XI
  • After submitting the form, you will be directed to the application fee payment page. 500 is to be paid online through the gateway you are directed.
  • Kindly do not apply more than once for the same child as this will lead to rejection of the application.
  • Once the application form is submitted, you will be receiving the APPLICATION NUMBER on your registered email ID. If your application is shortlisted, SSSIE Office admissions wing will revert to you on the next steps via email.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Step 1:

The application will be carefully reviewed by the authorities.

Step 2:

The shortlisted students will be intimated about the date and venue of the entrance examination/Interview on their registered email id. The entrance exam/Interview will be held in the month of December end. The entrance test portions will be uploaded on the site under ADMISSIONS menu.

The final selection will be made on the basis of the student’s performance in the written test and the interview.  Admission is given purely on the basis of merit. If the student’s name appears in the selection list, then admission can be kept reserved by remitting the required fees.

Fees

The institute offers education free of tuition fee. At the beginning of the academic year, a specified charge is collected towards boarding and lodging expenses, excursion, supply of books and notebooks, maintenance and other items. The uniform has to be arranged by the parents themselves.
