70TH INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

The celebration started with parade and the national flag hoisting by the chief guest Sri Murugappan, Former director, Ashok Layland. Students compered through a role play in the form of a conversation between Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Veerapandiya Kattabomman. Speech on 70th Independence day in English and Hindi were presented. The Kindergarten students presented a fancy dress show on great freedom fighters and spoke about their struggle. A value-based dance performance was presented by the primary students. The chief guest gave an inspiring talk and motivated students to develop independent and indigenous technology for India. Prizes and certificates for the winners of various competitions were distributed during the occasion.
