T N Saitej, an intuitive and visionary designer, has carved a niche for himself in the world of architecture through his creative brilliance and unwavering dedication. Hailing from Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, Saitej’s journey is not just a tale of professional success but a beacon of inspiration for students and aspiring designers across the country.

The Foundation Years at SSSIE

Saitej’s transformative journey began in 2017 when he joined Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Educare. Immersed in an environment of spirituality, discipline, and holistic learning, he found not just academic guidance but a second family. Encouraged by senior teachers and blessed by Bhagawan, he cleared the highly competitive NATA exam with an impressive 84%.

His passion for design led him to pursue a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Sathyabama University, graduating in 2022. Not one to rest on his laurels, he further completed an MBA in Project Management in 2025, equipping himself with the skills to lead and innovate.

Achievements and Accolades

Saitej’s academic and extracurricular excellence earned him numerous accolades:

Sai Sangeetha Ratna Award for his musical contributions to school activities.
Best Architecture Thesis Award from Sathyabama University for his groundbreaking research on mental health institutions and therapeutic architecture.
Best Outgoing & Star of Excellence Award, recommended by the university board for his overall contribution and excellence.

From Student to Entrepreneur

After gaining valuable experience in Bangalore, Saitej now runs his own architectural firm in Hyderabad. He credits SSSIE as the cornerstone of his success, instilling values that continue to guide him—spirituality, morality, discipline, teamwork, and resilience.

A multifaceted individual, Saitej’s talents extend beyond design. His love for music, public speaking, and visual arts has enriched his personal and professional life, making him a well-rounded creative force.

Seva and Spirituality

Despite his busy schedule, Saitej remains committed to service. He regularly participates in Narayana Seva and attends spiritual lectures, living by the principle: “Service to Mankind is Service to God.”
